By supplying the article to the Modbury Messenger CIC it will be assumed that you have consented to the article being published subject to the editorial guidelines. If any pictures of underage people are supplied for publication email / written consent from the parents / guardians will be sought prior to publication of the photos. If consent is refused or not received the photo will not be published.
